The disaster caused urban waterlogging, blocked roads, and power outages in some areas, seriously threatening the lives and property of the local people. As of now, the service team has provided free on-site battery replacements for six key vehicles, including sludge-cleaning excavators, water trucks, and dump trucks. This has helped ensure the normal operation of vital rescue equipment, facilitating the opening of rescue routes and speeding up the cleanup process. The technical staff affirmed that they would remain on 24-hour standby, ready to respond to battery service needs at any time, doing everything they can to support flood relief efforts.
