Collaborating with senior management to report on regional performance.
Identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1+ years of aftermarket sales experience.
Deep knowledge of Lead Acid battery aftermarket and products.
Excellent communication and business negotiation abilities.
Strong client relationship-building skills.
Negotiation and contract management experience.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Customer-focused and service-oriented.
