l Administer and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
l Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, including preparing necessary documents, scheduling training sessions, and conducting introductory sessions.
l Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
l Handle employee relations matters and mediate conflicts, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively.
l Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
l Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HR information system.
l Assist in performance management activities, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and development plans.
l Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and suggesting improvements for HR processes.
l Conduct research and prepare reports on HR metrics, KPIs, and trends for management review.
l Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files and documents.
l Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
l Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
l Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
l Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
l Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
l Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
l Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
